The Sydney Morning Herald Auction Centre is located at 115 Pitt Street on level
3, and is a highly accessible location right in the heart of Sydney’s Central Business
District. It is within close walking distance of both Martin Place and Wynard train
station and next door to the Angel Place public car parking station.
The Centre is approximately 300 sqm and boasts a dedicated, recently refurbished
auction room with a foyer and 3 separate meeting rooms that are reserved exclusively
for our commercial auctions. The Sydney Morning Herald Auction Centre operates every
Thursday commencing at 10:30AM, and provides agents and their auctioneers with a
private and superior facility for commercial property sales. The centre operates
for 44 weeks of the calendar year and comes equipped with all audiovisual requirements
and a dedicated auction centre events manager.
